2. Scope

These Terms apply to the sale of books and e-books offered online. By placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms in full.

3. Products

The products offered are books authored by MO&VI Collective, available in physical format and as e-books downloadable after payment.
Availability is subject to stock.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in euros (€), VAT included.
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout.
Payment is required in full at the time of order.
Accepted methods: credit card, PayPal, Stripe.
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers.

5. Order Process

Orders are placed online via the website.
An email confirmation is sent to the customer after validation.
The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for legitimate reasons.

6. Delivery

Delivery areas: France, European Union, and the United Kingdom.
Deliveries are handled by La Poste, within an estimated 3 to 10 working days depending on destination.

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
Customers may request a replacement, repair, or refund in case of a defect.
